Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address and on-time, please ensure your address is entered correctly which includes all relevant information. The information requires your street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrect delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect. Processing Time

All US based orders are processed within 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and express options. The available shipping methods and their respective costs will be displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and any unexpected shipping delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within selected region/Country.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check at checkout if we ship to your location. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply for international orders, and the customer is responsible for any customs fees incurred during the shipping process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order on our carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there is an error with your shipping information, please contact us immediately at kemdeegoddess@outlook.com to update your order.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue. We may ask for photos of the damaged items to assist in processing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. If your order is unable to be shipped, we will contact you to offer an alternative solution or issue a full refund.
